Fees & Billing

The total cost of your ante-natal care is €2750.00 which is payable in installments below and includes:

all of your visits, all scans (except NIPT and 3D), you are scanned on each visit, routine bloods and access to online antenatal classes at www.antenatalonline.ie

€400.00 @ 10 weeks
€1000.00 @ 20 weeks
€1000.00 @ 30 weeks
€350.00 @ 36 weeks

If you wish you can pay your fees monthly by standing order over a term suitable for you please discuss with Jean or Regina

You can claim back some of this fee on your MED 1 form which is available on www. revenue.ie

The Women’s Health Group also offers a full range of ultrasound scans including 3D/4D ultrasound scanning

Ultrasound Prices:

2D – any time after 8 weeks - early dating scan, placental location, routine scan and gender (after 19 weeks) - €150
NIPT testing after 10 weeks gestation - €500
20 week (Anomaly scan) between 19-22 weeks - €200
3D/4D between 25-30 weeks and between 20 - 26 for twin pregnancy (gender can also be done with this scan upon request at no extra fee) - €200

Gynaecology Fee's

Initital Consultation Fee - €200
Post-operative Review - €50
Reviews - €100 this fee includes an ultrasound and or a smear test.
Mirena Insertion - €200
Mirena check - €50.00

Tax Relief

You may claim tax relief on certain unreimbursed medical expenses incurred by you for yourself and/or your qualifying dependants by filling in the MED 1 form from this website (click here to download) and submitting the relevant receipts, or by claiming online through PAYE Anytime.

You cannot claim relief for any expenditure, which has been or will be reimbursed, for example by Quinn-healthcare, VHI, VIVAS Health, the Health Service Executive or where a compensation payment is made or will be made.

For tax year 2007 onwards there is no longer any disallowance of the first €125 (or €250 for spouse and dependents).
